Commodore (R) Naveed Ahmed was part of the elite submarine force of Pakistan Navy; having commanded two submarines culminating his career as Commander Submarine Squadron. Graduating from French Naval War College Paris, he is currently on the permanent faculty of the prestigious Pakistan Navy War College Lahore with core expertise in operational planning.

He visits various universities to hone the skills of youth to increase their personal effectiveness through a realistic vision and better time management. He has thus far trained over 800 people. Presently, he is also engaged with Diamonds Paints Pakistan as Vision Captain for unfolding their Strategic Vision.

He is a dedicated spine surgeon which means conducting 100% spine surgery. His special fields of interest include corrective surgery for spinal deformities (scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylolisthesis, congenital anomalies, etc.) and minimally invasive spinal fusion/ motion preservation surgery for back pain. In addition he performs all other forms of spine surgery including degen, trauma, infection and tumors.

Prince Ahmed Omar Ahmedzai belongs to the khan of the Kalat Family of Balochistan. He is the Executive Director of Agha Techny Construction, a planning and project administration firm, working on infrastructure projects at Gwadar. He is also the sole proprietor of Dynamic International, a construction firm and a Director/Executive of Dynamic Traders (Pvt) Ltd. He graduated from the University of Balochistan in Political Science. He is a member of the Quetta Chamber of Commerce and the Gwadar Chamber of Commerce.

A medical graduate, Dr. Amjad Saqib joined the Civil Service of Pakistan in 1985. He resigned in 2003 for becoming a social entrepreneur to dedicate himself to Akhuwat – an interest-free microfinance model based on the idea of Muakhat or brotherhood. A first of its kind, the model has by now been replicated by many organizations but at close to $110 million in disbursed amount, Akhuwat remains the largest such institution in the world.

In 1993, Dr. Amjad Saqib completed Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship and took his Master’s degree in Public Administration from the American University, Washington D.C., USA. He completed a LUMS – McGill University Program in Social Enterprise & Management.
